Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

For last minute orders - if we don't have same/similar flowers, we will contact you for details and substitutions.

We don't ship flowers out of state

We offer same-day delivery for all local orders placed before our daily cut-off times:

• Monday to Friday: Place your order by 4:00 PM EST
• Saturday: Place your order by 2:00 PM EST
• Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next business day.

Deliveries take place between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM. While we cannot guarantee exact times, time-window requests can sometimes be accommodated (additional fees may apply).

All floral sales are final, due to the fragile and perishable nature of flowers. However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

• Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 to 48 hours.
• Please send a photo so we can verify the issue.
• If eligible, we’ll provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Substitution Policy:
When certain blooms are unavailable, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the design, color scheme, and overall aesthetic. We never compromise on quality.
